At Elco we have dedicated Account Managers who work with our Customers to develop new products and ranges. Initially we involve our Hong Kong office who source the products supervise production, quality control and facilitate strategy meetings and range reviews in our offices in Kowloon. We manage delivery either FOB, or in the case of domestic product, direct into our Customers’ Distribution Centres and we contribute to the most effective merchandising of product in store.
We feel that a close working relationship is vital to ensuring the safe successful and on time delivery of promotional and seasonal ranges. To build a successful relationship our Account Mangers don’t just deal with the buying teams but also the quality control, logistics and merchandising teams so that we are able to look at and manage the whole picture on our customers behalf.
Each Account Manager has the backing of at least one dedicated Account Co-ordinator. Our larger customers have the benefit of up to 5 dedicated members of staff working full time to ensure smooth running of the account.

As a team we apply many working principles amongst our teams and apply successful policies across all accounts so good practice can be shared. We also believe in promoting from within and feel that experiencing the many different ways our customers operate is valuable not just to the individual but also to the Company as a whole.
The expertise that we have within the Grocery and High Street sectors is second to none in the Industry and because of this we are Category Managers with many of our Customers.
Elco undertake to research the Grocery and High Street Sectors by organising focus groups to gauge reaction to many aspects of the Industry, recent groups have evaluated Recycled products and packaging and have been able to provide our customers with invaluable information for future range selections
